Hey guys...so sorry it took me so long to comment on my friends stuff....I haven't been on DA recently, there's been a lot going on at school and soccer and stuff. Plus, this week, we've had beautiful weather!! Last week, it was like barely above 30 and windy and now it's above 80 and sunny! It's great!!!!

So on Friday, my language arts class took a field trip to downtown Chicago (I don't live directly in Chicago - I live about 45 minutes away in the suburbs). It was so much fun! We took the train down, which was great. We walked everywhere and went to Starbucks for breakfast, and then to the Herald Washington Library to do research for the big project we have due at the end of May. That library was fricking huge. It was actually kind of boring researching, so Alisha, Marissa, Alli, Mike, Tenjum, Erik, Matt (my best friends in the class) and I all snuck off to the Winter Garden, on the top floor. It was amazing up there, and practically no one else was up there so we hung out there until we had to leave. Then we walked to the Nordstrom's mall and had lunch in the food court. We looked around in the stores a bit, but no one had any money And then we went to the Freedom Muesuem, which was sort of weird. Anyhoo, the trip was lots of fun.

And yesterday, I reffed my first soccer games. It wasn't bad at all - it was actually pretty fun, and the guy I reffed with was very nice (and cute! ) Then I had my soccer game. We tied 2-2. But I was outside practically all day yesterday, and I wound up getting sunburned on my face abd back! Not really bad, but it still annoys me a bit. I got a bit tan too. It's supposed to be really nice out today too, so once I finish my homework I'm going out with my friends Have a great weekend guys!!
